Please sign your name at the front reception on entry. This is separate from UK Dance Connexion, but it is policy which all of us have to follow to comply with security rules of the building.
Once signed in at the front reception please sign in at UK Dance Connexion reception. Please remember that any personal information we have gathered of yourself will never be used for any other purpose then keeping a data base in UK Dance Connexion and will never be shared with any third party organisation.

The building offers water fountain, but you are allowed to bring drink or food into the studio.
Alcohol and drugs
No alcohol or drugs are allowed for consumption once you enter the building. Anyone who is found under the influence while attending the classes will be immediately removed from the building.
Smoking is permitted only in front of the building. In no other places smoking is allowed.
You can pay online on www.ukdanceconnexion.com or in person in the dance school by card or cash. You will always receive a receipt for your purchase.
There a two ways to book your courses - Either pop into to the school when we're open and we'll sign you up on the spot, alternatively you can pay online with your credit/debit card by clicking the gold button above.
If you are coming for a 'drop-in class' these are all paid on the door, so no need to book in advance!
Most of our courses are 3 months long and are paid monthly via an automated direct debit subscription (ending in 3 months time) - this can be cancelled at anytime.
For example if you have purchased the membership of '1 course' at £60, and your chosen start date is Sept 1st, this is when the 1st payment of £60 will be taken from your account.
The following month on the 1st oct another £60 will be taken out, and then the final payment of £60 will come out on the 1st Nov. Nothing will come out after this.
If you have chosen only a 1 month course, than your payment will only come out only once, and if you wish to continue you will need to purchase it again. Alternatively you may prefer to choose the 'monthly rollover' option which continues your monthly payments until you cancel it.
What happens if I can't continue with my course and need to quit?
It's exactly the same as most gym memberships!
You can cancel at any time by emailing us at email@example.com or speaking to one of our reception in the school who will make sure no more payments come out.
Once a payment has been paid no refunds/part refunds are given - i.e. if you sign up on the 1st sept for a 3 month course, but email to cancel on the 14th Oct, your 1st payment of £60 would have come out on the 1st sept, and the 2nd payment would have come out on the 1st Oct - There is no 'half a month' refund for the rest of October, and your Nov 1st payment will be cancelled - of course you can keep dancing up until the end of Oct!
Can I join a course in the middle of the month?
Yes, you can! But this can only be done by one of our schools reception staff, as you would be charged a smaller fee for the 1st month.
In case of absence here are no refunds and no roll over to next month for unattended classes.

Timetable is not a fixed term. UK Dance Connexion will always try to improve quality of classes. UK Dance Connexion reserves rights to change and amend timetable and fees depending on the UK Dance Connexion and students needs.
